What do we teach?

Brazilian Zouk

  • Zouk is a partnered dance from Brazil created in the 90's, developed from the most popular Brazilian style at the time, Lambada.

  • The overall plasticity of the movements and the range of music genres it is danced to, makes Brazilian Zouk a partner dance that caters to creativity and improvisation.

  • Over time, Zouk dancers have experimented and incorporated other styles of music into Zouk, such as R&B, Pop, Hip Hop, Contemporary, amongst others, what makes it fun for everyone as allows you to dance in your preferred type of music.

Samba de Gafieira

  • Gafieira is a partner dance to various Brazilian musical rhythms of Samba. Originated from Samba dancing in cabarets, gained recognition in the 40's under significant influence of Argentine Tango.

  • Different from street and club forms of Samba, it evolved as a ballroom dance style

  • Although Gafieira can always be mixed with Samba no Pé and it is very common to watch bits of it during Gafieira performances, it is not the same dance style.

Brazilian MIX

  • Brazilian Mix is a fun way to lean about various Brazilian styles that you won't see in the regular classes.

  • Styles like Forró, Bolero, Soltinho, Samba no pé, Funk and a lot more of Brazil's favourites

  • We will offer you the chance the learn it in casual workshops in between regular terms, so you don't have to commit nor miss it.

  • Zumba is pretty much the most exciting workout ever. Considered already as a lifestyle, you can find these classes in 200.000 different locations around 180 countries.

  • Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.

  • For everybody and every body!
